Boo! Welcome to the stoney and spooky first-ever HEADS Halloween Issue! It's never too early to think about Oct. 31st, what with the mountains of munchie candies and all the fiendish behavior that's bound to ensue.
Although 4/20 is the official stoner holiday, its not noted on too many mainstream calendars. But here at HEADS, Halloween comes a close second. What better day to toke a bowl, trip the light fantastic and just get spooky?! Its one of the only times of the year when all taboos are broken. So grab your stash, sit down, and prepare to get ghoulish!
